Founded and led by MarQue Munday — a former Radio City Rockette, internationally acclaimed performer, and visionary director — this initiative blends artistic excellence with professional mentorship, helping youth progress from aspiring talent to professional status. Our Mission: On Thee MarQuee operates under the umbrella of Witness Performing Arts, Inc., a non-profit organization founded by MarQue Munday in October 2001. Witness Performing Arts, Inc. is dedicated to teaching and training youth in performing arts and community outreach, empowering young artists to discover their creative voice and share it with the world. Through On Thee MarQuee, we provide consistent training, performance opportunities, and global exposure through social media, podcasting, and YouTube. We will be at the MultiCultural Book Store 2027 Refer St Ste B on Tueday March 12th at 6-8pm. 
It was over 6 month ago, I had the idea of doing a Podcast about Pageants. Being new to the pageant experience, I was thrilled to engage in the crown & sash sisterhood especially since I already had sista friends in the sisterhood. So many updates to fill in. Last summer I was appointed Director for the Miss Juneteenth Nevada Scholarship Program in a Pageant setting. There have been many events as well as this years MLK Parade, the largest parade Las Vegas has ever seen. We also have the NEW 2024 National Juneteenth Calendars packed full with rich Black American History! I started a video podcast to share Monthly Inspirations.  In practical terms, 2024 will likely be a year of growth and expansion in many areas of our lives. This could manifest as a time of financial prosperity, career success, or growth and development. However, it’s important to note that the number eight can also bring challenges and obstacles. This is because the energy of the number eight is strong and intense, and it can sometimes be challenging to handle. “In angelic symbolism the 8 is a representation of justice, leadership, prosperity, balance but it also represents karma, in this case, 2024 will be a year in which we will reap the fruits of what we have sown, that is, if you sowed effort, work, honesty, then you will reap success and abundance in this new year,” I truly feel the vibration of promise for this year 2024 - for ALL the aspirations, dreams, goals and desires I have carried in this life. Looking forward to the blessings of this NEW YEAR!!! May your lives be blessed with financial prosperity, career success, growth and development! And, I should at least update the Pageant results from July 2023... I won! I am Classic Universe Woman 2023/24. Capturing this World Title has been both an honor and a blessing. It has helped solidify so many question marks I had in my person life. This platform embraces oneself and your possibilities, sisterhood, and using your power to empower others. Definitely a fit for my life. Thank you to my 'Sisters for your love and support.
